At My Aerial Flow, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, we're here to help.

Returns

• You have 14 from the date of delivery to return an item.

• To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.

• Certain items, such as sale items, are not eligible for return.

Refunds

• Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

• If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 3 days.

Exchanges

• If you need to exchange an item, please contact us at myaerialflow@gmail.com to arrange the exchange.

Shipping

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or defective upon arrival.

• We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
